BROWNSVILLE – UTRGV Campus Activities Board and Student Activities hosted its annual Charreada at the Brownsville Campus on Wednesday. Many locals and students came together to show Mexican spirit with traditional Charro Days festivities and attire.
“I love green, I bought the shirt at the pulga. It’s just been the first shirt that I bought, being the first year that I started charro days events so that’s why I wore it today.” said Haley, Psychology Major.
Campus Activities Board invites all students to check out their Facebook page for upcoming activities, such as Vaquero’s Got Talent on March 28.
