EDINBURG- Ken Paxton and seven other state attorneys announce a filed lawsuit against the Biden Administration, being the 20th lawsuit since Inauguration Day.
Ken Paxton addressed the increase in illegal immigration, human trafficking, and drug smuggling across the border.
“Illegal immigration has increased over three hundred percent and obviously more drug traits, more human trafficking, more covid spreading around the countries,” said Paxton.
Paxton and the twelve state attorneys general took a trip to the border for two days as they analyzed the current situation of the place.
