MCALLEN – A McAllen native was crowned Miss Texas USA 2021 on Saturday. Victoria Hinojosa, 23, is now the 70th Miss Texas USA. The pageant had over 100 contestants.
If Hinojosa wins the Miss USA pageant this November, she will advance to the Miss Universe pageant.
