UTRGV- UTRGV’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced that the Men’s Tennis program will not be participating for the remainder of the 2020-2021 season.
UTRGV Men’s Tennis Head Coach, Dann Nelson says that the situation is devastating since this is the second season in a row that the team will not be competing for the Western Athletic Conference.
“This situation may affect recruiting for future seasons,” says Coach Nelson.
“We’ve already signed one person for next year. We are recruiting for another spot.”
