Edinburg (November 11 @ 10:05 p.m.)- A staff member claims that he felt dizzy and fell at the UTRGV Central Utility Plant just about an hour after taking his medication.

Last Wednesday, the man reported that the left side of his body took the impact of the fall, but the man stated he did not lose consciousness.

Emergency Medical Services transported the man to the Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Medical Facility.

Edinburg (November 9 @ 1:38 p.m.)- Items set for surplus auction were stolen last Monday from an off-campus location.

A staff member reported that a riding lawn mower and a generator were stolen from the fenced compound at the Community Engagement and Student Success building (CESS).

An investigation revealed that the fence was cut. The case remains under investigation.

Edinburg (November 12 @ 3:09 a.m.)- Police state that a student is receiving medical attention after taking over the counter medication.

A UTRGV Crisis Hotline Counselor informed Campus PD about the student Last Thursday. Shortly after, officers responded to Heritage Hall, where they observed that the student appeared confused.

She was transported to the Rio Grande 24-hour emergency care and was later transferred to the doctors hospital at renaissance behavioral center.
