WILD’S Film Contest Accepting Submissions

“WILD’s,” also known as Writers In Literary Discussion’s short film contest, one of the oldest film contests of the Rio Grande Valley since 1995 is now accepting submissions.

— 1) Submissions must not be any longer than 30 minutes. There is no minimum length requirement.
— 2.) All films must have a plot. 
— 3.) All films must include a title and credits. 
— 4) No use of copy righted material allowed. Only original material or material from the public domain or allowed through Creative Commons.

Prizes will be awarded by Barnes and Noble. A committee selects the films to be screened. Films can be submitted to Tom Fuschetto at the Pecan Campus of South Texas College. (J-3.1112) (tomf@southtexascollege.edu). 
The deadline is April 29th. Films will be screened at the Building D Auditorium on April 30th at the Pecan Campus of STC.

AWARD CATEGORIES:
Best Drama, Best Comedy, Best Horror, Best Animation, Best Action, Best Poetic Film, Best Cinematography, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Technical Achievement, and Best Valley Film
