utrgvtv EDINBURG – UTRGV’s Student Union announced new events to take place throughout the fall semester.
All in effort to potentially create new traditions, UTRGV student union team leader and programming Kevin Ramirez give us a sneak peak of what to expect.
“This event called Union After Hours,” Ramirez said. “Where we’re obviously going to offer multiple events. Sort of everything we’re offering in this semester all in one night.”
He said the event will have live music, free food and free merch.
Union After Hours will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. September 10 at the Student Union in Brownsville and on from 8 p.m. to midnight September 12 at the Student Union in Edinburg.
“Sundaes on Mondays” will also be held monthly offering free ice cream to students.
