EDINBURG – The annual Late Nite provided a place for students to relax and have fun while playing games and eating pizza. The UTRGV Recreation Center offered many of its services and resources to attendees.
“This is one of our biggest events here at UREC because basically a lot of students come here to meet friends to have fun. There’s going to be free food, free merchandise and at the end of the night you will be able to win a free T-shirt and you will be able to walk out with new friends and that’s one of the things we want and help students walk out with new friends because this is the beginning of the semester,” said Brittany Claramunt, UREC Street Team representative.
Some activities being offered were Zumba, basketball drills, cycling, and more. The event took place until midnight.
