Kenia Gomez August 28, 2018

Edcouch-Elsa- TEA plans to give these funds to students displaced by hurricane Harvey in 2017.

We spoke to Edcouch-Elsa ISD, one of the RGV school districts who welcomed 8 students form the Galveston area. They helped these students by providing more than just education.
