MCALLEN- Quinta Mazatlan is presenting Senator Juan “Chuy” Hinojosa with their legacy award at the 16th anniversary annual gala. This year’s gala will help raise money to fund the center for urban ecology project that will help expand Quinta Mazatlán’s facilities.
“It is a learning process, and um we have another component with the capitol campaign, where UTRGV will be actually having scientist that will be onsite that kids will see do projects, it just kind of raises everything up, it’s a very outdoor educational process,” said Val Lamantia, Quinta Mazatlan President of the Board.
