BROWNSVILLE (SEPTEMBER 29 @ 11:39 p.m.) – An officer responded to a report of a suspicious man on the Brownsville campus.
It was confirmed that the homeless man has an active criminal trespass warning.
That warning was issued to him on the Harlingen campus back in March forbidding him from all UTRGV property.
Officials warned the man of the violation and he left the area.
