Centro de Consejería Apoya a Estudiantes Durante COVID-19

UTRGV – Para muchos estudiantes este drástico cambio de aislamiento a causa del coronavirus ha generado malos hábitos y actitudes negativas como ansiedad, depresión entre otras. El Centro de Consejería de UTRGV ofrece servicios para quien lo necesite.

La terapeuta Maria Alejandra dice que para el proceso académico es necesario tener una base de organización que ayude a los jóvenes universitarios a programar sus actividades y desarrollar una rutina constante.

Esto les ayudará a controlar sus emociones negativas que genera el cambio del COVID-19. 

Ella menciona que no tener una rutina puede afectar el estado de ánimo bajando el estatus académico.

“Si una persona se ordena con su tiempo: come bien a sus horas, se divierte, sale al sol a tomar vitamina C, hacer ejercicio, pues son cosas que lo van ayudar a incrementar la oportunidad de que pasen una mejor cuarentena,” dijo Alejandra.

Alejandra agrega que esta etapa la podemos ver como una oportunidad para relajarnos y disfrutar del tiempo de calidad que tenemos para nosotros mismos. Si desea obtener una cita puede ingresar a counseling@utrgv.edu.
