UTRGV – As the start of the Fall 2020 Basketball Season draws closer, both coaches and athletes alike are excited and waiting in anticipation.
UTRGV Men’s Basketball Senior, Javon Levi, explains that in order for the team to be effective, they need to be consistent and quick to handle difficulties both inside and outside the court.
“Like this pandemic right now, some days only four people can practice. while we were in quarantine we can’t just sit there and be in quarantine,” says Levi.
“We are just glad we’re playing. We are excited for the opportunity to play and we are just trying to stay safe,” states UTRGV Men’s Basketball Coach, Lew Hill.
