Brownsville (October 27 @ 6:28 a.m.)– Three people have been taken into custody at the UTRGV land bridge on the Brownsville campus after crossing the US border fence.
US border patrol took the three individuals into custody. Two of them were from Honduras and one from Mexico.
The fourth person was not found.
Brownsville (October 26 @ 1:22 p.m.)– A mother is concerned after having no contact with her daughter.
The student was confirmed to be okay after an officer made contact with her at the Casa Bella Apartments where she resides.
She was informed of her mother’s concerns.
