Edinburg- Last week the City of Edinburg released their new and improved 311 app. The app allows residents to report non-emergencies like potholes, littering, illegal dumping, and more. This allows the city to be aware and respond to issues efficiently.
The locations of all complaints are marked down on the app but are left anonymous.
City manager Ron Garza says there’s a communications system between the app and city departments. Agents will direct residents to the correct department.
