UTRGV– The StarRez Housing Application Portal for new and returning students is now open and includes a new 12-month rate for specific apartments.
Director of Housing and Residence Life Sergio Martinez states the department’s goal is providing suitable and affordable housing to students attending the university.
“We are proud to announce a new lease term. We feel that we could do something better for students who live in apartments,” says Martinez.
“We decided to make a full-year contract.”
