SOUTH PADRE ISLAND – Sea Turtle Inc. Is still working on rehabilitating cold-stunned sea turtles.
CEO for Sea Turtle Inc. Says the number of cold-stunned sea turtles in their care vary each year.
“Before last year the average cold stun we can have anywhere from 200 to 500 cold stunned turtles in a year. Last year we had 5,566 cold stunned turtles in eight days.”
