McAllen- The public parks and playgrounds in the City of McAllen are remaining open after city commissioners approved their reopening last month.
“After watching our infection rates lower, the city management as well as our commissioners decided to phase open our play stations. So that there will be two to three parks opened in each one of our districts.” says McAllen Deputy Director of Parks Sarai Garcia.
“We sanitize once a day and encourage all the people that are using them to also practice their health and self regulation.”
