MERCEDES – Many local authorities, firefighters, and city officials claim they have experienced paranormal phenomena at the abandoned fire station.
Fire Chief, Javier Campos Jr., says speculations were not the reason for closing down the station, but confirms of hearing foreign noises and shadows of people inside the women cells.
“We wanted to have more staff, more members, and also housing. The housing is 24/7, and we needed a facility with dorms,” explained Campos.
