BROWNSVILLE – With the new school year, the financial aid application is right around the corner.
Damian Rodriguez, English major at UTRGV, said students can receive “work-study for working on campus.”
Jael Perez, Associate Director for Financial Aid Operations at UTRGV said, “in order to submit a FAFSA, a student must be either a us citizen or a legal permanent resident that holds a permanent resident card, so if a student does not meet this criteria, but they can be considered a Texas resident, then they may be able to submit a Tasfa application.
Perez helps hundreds of students apply for financial aid each year.
