Classes feature Zumba and Pilates to help with weight loss and diet plans.
Amanda Dave states the reason for offering these exercise classes was to prevent diabetes and obesity.
“The exercise classes are just one of the strategies that we implement to help bring healthy choices to the community,” said Dave.
These exercise methods and diet plans have proven to be effective to prevent chronic illnesses.
