EDINBURG – On December 3, UTRGV had the pre-game fan experience for the basketball season at Vaquero Village. Picnic and patio tables were available for UTRGV students. Officials also announced the completion of new additions to the field house. The renovations revealed new locker rooms, team meeting areas, and training rooms.
“The renovation is really expand over 18 months and so a lot of credit goes to our previous administration, of course our institution and their support and certainly our donors. The renovation has a total of 1.5 million all new renovated locker room space, coaches’ offices, team meeting areas, athletic training room, and meeting room,” said Vice President and Director of Athletics Chasse Conque.
