With Halloween just a few days away, what paranormal activity have students encountered at UTRGV?
Mia Rodriguez, a visual design communication and graphic design freshman, said she heard a strange knock on a window outside Troxel Hall.
“We were a little scared, but I kept telling her it was probably like a bird or something, like you know something more distant,” Rodriguez said. “We thought we were just being paranoid. My roommate and her other friends came in and they started hearing it too.”
