EDINBURG – Heat exhaustion happens when the body overheats and has lost an excessive amount of fluids through sweating.
Aaron Salinas, Nurse Practitioner for School of Nursing mentions that not limiting the amount of time being outside and drinking fluids could come with consequences.
“We tend to see a lot of problems that result on our skin, you have your melanomas, your skin cancer, it could have a long-term impact,” says Salinas
